I‘m Irem, I am a behavioural researcher and consumer insights consultant

As a PhD in Cognitive Psychology I have explored how people think, feel, and make choices for over a decade — and how these insights can shape better products, experiences, and business strategies.

In my current role, I help organisations uncover actionable insights from complex data, connecting human behaviour with business impact. My work bridges psychology, data analytics, and strategy — transforming research findings into meaningful recommendations that guide customer journeys, product development, and market growth.

I bring extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research, experimental design, survey design, segmentation, data visualisation, and cross-functional collaboration across international projects. Alongside my professional work, I am expanding my expertise in UX Research, deepening my ability to translate behavioural insights into user-centred design solutions.

Grounded in behavioural science and data-driven thinking, I am passionate about shaping products that align with how people actually think and make decisions. My degree in Cognitive Psychology enables me to translate complex behavioural patterns into clear, actionable strategies. I aim to bridge data-driven insight, empathy, and product strategy to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences that drive both user satisfaction and business growth.
